This option features a variety of handheld and small plated dishes served through self-serve stations. This ongoing dining experience allows guests to choose what, when, and how much they’d like to enjoy.. Food is prepared fresh and replenished throughout the evening, with select entrées carved or finished hot and served to guests during service.
This style creates a relaxed, social atmosphere where guests are free to mingle and move throughout the event without being seated for a formal meal. Food is presented in an aesthetically elevated display, with grazing tables recommended as a centerpiece for cocktail hour. It’s an ideal choice for less structured events and for hosts looking to encourage conversation and movement.
